The shifter on my 2014 RoadGlide had fallen off on the I-10 near Cook St. I was able to to get it back on and make it to PS Harley. The service manager got my bike in the shop immediately. The mechanic on duty took a look at the shifter and I needed a new through rod which was in stock, the mechanic replaced it and I was on my way in about 25 minutes start to finish and no charge for putting the new shifter on!
