First rate customer service. Everyone greets me by name when I drop in or bring my bike in for service. They respect me for being a rider, even though I am an older AND a woman, which has not always been the case at other dealerships that pretty much ignored me. They are always friendly and stop to chat for a few minutes. I got an extremely fair deal when I traded in my bike and Eric (sales) went out of his way to get me on the bike I was looking for. Eric (parts) and Bob are always very helpful as far as offering suggestions and looking up add-ons for me, whether it be in person or over the phone. Mike and the service crew are outstanding. They also go out of their way to work with me and do the job as quickly as possible if I want to wait. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and have recommended them to a number of friends.
