Service manager Mike and Service Tech Jessy were awesome. Much appreciation to Mike for scheduling me in and returning the bike ahead of schedule. Jessy took time to address my concerns and explain steps taken to insure that the bike is solid and good to go. Trust is a must when it comes to the mechanical Saftey of my sled and I can ride with confidence knowing that Palm Springs Harley has not overlooked anything before returning it to the road.
