Overall a pretty good job at diagnosing the ride-ability of the bike. And when they returned it to me, most of the issues were gone. I was told that is was in pretty good shape and it was. They seemed to hint that it was not 100% right and they were correct. BUT it is ride-able and I am good with it. Thanks, Alan and the rest of the team. Tom
